RMA Procedures

 

When requesting an RMA, please provide the following information and send email  to RMA@wavetelco.com :

​​Our RMA team will contact you within 24 hours to diagnose issues or proceed RMA after diagnosis

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

For hardware that is considered Dead On Arrival (DOA) within the first thirty (30) days from the shipment date of product from Wavetel Technology, Wavetel will provide an expedited replacement of the affected field replaceable unit. A new unit will be made available for shipment from a Wavetel manufacturing facility or warehouse. Defective part must be shipped back to Wavetel within 10 days after the replacement part is delivered, or customer will be invoiced the full purchase price of the replacement part. 

 

Only return the defective item with RMA team confirmation, DO NOT return cables, mounting brackets or other non- hardware related items.
