Secondary water supply has thus become an important source for providing water to high-rise residents and business users through storage and pressurization using pump house equipment. Traditional pump houses for secondary water supply mostly feature onsite control, manual check, and scheduled maintenance. It is easy to incur problems, such as lack of comprehensive checks and timely maintenance that can cause longer water stoppages during failures, water pressure fluctuations, high energy consumption, and water pollution.
Our 4G wireless industrial router/gateway is installed in the equipment box of pumping station and connected to pumping station control terminal. Pumping station control terminal connects pumping station data to 4G network through the 4G wireless industrial router/gateway, then transmits the data to water supply dispatching center. The water supply control center can realize the remote management and control of pumping stations and dispatch the water supply. By way of remote connection, the on-site devices can be diagnosed, debugged, programmed; the on-site fault can be responded; problems can be located, and thus to reduce the loss caused by device fault.
